1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bgc99 website located at bgc99.net and any related mobile or web-based platforms operated under the bgc99 brand. References to "bgc99", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to the bgc99 platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "player", or "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bgc99 platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts or participate in any activity on bgc99.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, including but not limited to professional betting syndicates or organised gambling operations.

Age Verification

Upon registration and prior to processing your first withdrawal, bgc99 may request that you submit a copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm your age and identity. If bgc99 determines at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, all winnings will be forfeited, and any net deposits will be returned to the payment source where technically feasible.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the bgc99 platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bgc99. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities, is strictly prohibited. bgc99 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and any other information requested in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bgc99 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgc99 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bgc99 recommends that you use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. Account Currency

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bgc99 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time and bgc99 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day is subject to limits published in the bgc99 platform's payment section, which may be updated from time to time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply as specified in the platform's withdrawal section.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bgc99 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the bgc99 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts that have completed verification are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed the account verification process. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

bgc99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Win Drop prize pool events, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers.

Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have been identified as operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or otherwise violating these Terms are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer. bgc99 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) and the eligible games or markets will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, bgc99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

Win Drop Events

Win Drop is a bgc99-exclusive promotional format in which prize pool funds are distributed to qualifying players based on their activity during a defined promotional period. Win Drop events are governed by their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the bgc99 platform prior to each event. In the event of any conflict between the Win Drop specific terms and these general Terms, the Win Drop specific terms shall prevail for that event.

Changes to Promotions

bgc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified while a player is actively participating in it, bgc99 will use reasonable efforts to honour the terms under which the player originally opted in, but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.

6 User Obligations

By using the bgc99 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable obligations set out in these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by bgc99 from time to time. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bgc99 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account lifecycle.
• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the bgc99 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit any error, glitch, or technical vulnerability in bgc99's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the bgc99 platform.
• Sharing access to your account with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates.
• Placing bets or participating in casino games on behalf of another person.
• Using the bgc99 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a tipping service, syndicate, or reselling of odds or positions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with bgc99 staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of bgc99's software or platform infrastructure.

bgc99 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of these obligations, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bgc99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, bgc99 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your remaining account balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should clearly state this when submitting their closure request. bgc99 will action responsible gaming account closures within 24 hours and will not re-open such accounts for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected by the player, regardless of any subsequent request to do so during that period.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by bgc99

bgc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required time period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Any other conduct that bgc99 determines, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bgc99 will notify the player by email to the address registered on the account. The suspension will remain in place until the investigation is complete. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach, bgc99 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. bgc99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, the amount and frequency of which will be communicated to the player by email prior to the fee being applied. bgc99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before any inactivity fee is deducted. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a verification check.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgc99, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bgc99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of or damage to data or information.
• Loss arising from interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Loss arising from the suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms.
• Loss arising from errors or omissions in game results, odds, or market data, where bgc99 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.
• Any unauthorised access to your account where the access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Platform Availability

bgc99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. bgc99 shall not be liable for any loss incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability, regardless of the cause.

Third-Party Game Providers
